Yes. If you have an Idaho Seller's Permit, you will fill out an event registration online saying that you are participating with the Rexburg Farmers Market. There are 2 event IDs that you will put in the system to participate in the entire market season. These numbers were sent to you in your "Welcome to the Market" email sent shortly after being accepted to the farmers market as a vendor.
If you do not have a regular seller's permit, you can get a Temporary event permit by filling out the same event participation form and marking the box that requests a Temporary seller's permit. If you are participating in the entire market season, you will do this twice.
You will be responsible for collecting and filing your own state sales taxes when the State requires they are due. The market does not do this for you.
You might be eligible to accept SNAP/EBT tokens. Talk to our market manager for training and to sign the appropriate agreements so you can participate and accept even more forms of payment.
In order to sell food, you will need to get either a license from the health department or a Cottage Foods Exemption. Both forms can be found at:

Licenses need to be completed and approved 2 weeks before selling at the farmers market.

DownloadWe require our vendors to sell their own handcrafted arts and crafts and to at least source the produce they sell from their own farm, or directly from another local/Idaho farm. It is allowable to use farms that you know within the Pacific Northwest area, especially for items like berries that do not grow very well in Idaho.
